Some listeners have shared some quite unflattering thoughts about our "guy" on the Manager Tools home page.

Two of our listeners (and friends), Steve Holden and Matt Beckwith, decided to take a decidedly different approach.

And just to be clear, there are more images for that spot on the site. He's not "Manager Tools Guy" (because frankly we would have chosen a woman manager.)

We intended - though we have not managed the presentation terribly well - to showcase "REAL" managers. No models, no staged stuff, no still lifes. Just gritty, thinking, doing, stressing, worrying, preparing, failing, achieving managers.

There are more to come.
