Effective Manager Conference

We're pleased to offer you an opportunity to attend a one day Effective Manager Conference at a variety of locations during 2012. Note we've recently added our tentative 2013 schedule. You will learn, practice and implement the Management Trinity: one on ones, feedback, coaching and delegation.

Effective managers know that management is about relationships, performance feedback, asking folks to get better continually, and building organizational capability through delegation. We have created teachable equivalents to help you learn these behaviors.

You will learn what to do each day to be more effective and practice how to do it. You will reduce the time they spend firefighting and work more effectively with and through their teams. You will leave with an entire year's rollout plan.

We limit attendance to approximately 30 attendees. Everyone says they love the personal attention when conferences are smaller.

Investment: $995*. If you attend the Effective Communications Conference as well, you are afforded a discount -- both days for $1,695*. The two days of training do not have to be consecutive to receive the discount. Yet, if they are not registered for at the same time and for the same venue, the second registration will have to be worked through Maggie (maggie@manager-tools.com) to receive the discounted pricing. (If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your experience, we'll refund your investment in full.)
