The Effective Remote Manager is training designed to help managers who are already using the Manager Tools Trinity™ adapt it to a remote working situation. All attendees will need to have a firm understanding of our concepts of One on Ones, Feedback, Coaching & Delegation, prior to this session. This training consists of one session, 3 hours in length, delivered virtually over Zoom.
