My name is Teraine and I work in IT as a user support analyst. I have just recently stubble onto this website while searching for a career development podcast on iTunes. After more than 15 years doing user support, I have hit a brick wall with my career devepolement as a result I was in need of some career advice that target professionals in my field. There were so many options for other professional in the IT field however there are few for user support techs. Listening to Mike and Mark on their podcast really have given me a breath of hope, for they share a wealth of information for individuals in the IT industry on how they can develop their career.
