Our agenda:
Before the Conference begins: We will provide advance learning Podcasts about our behavioral communications model. All attendees will receive a DiSC Behavioral/Communications profile assessment before the conference. The more you know up front, the more practice you’ll be able to do.
Day 1: We’ll learn the fundamental principle that communication is what the listener does. We’ll learn and practice the three step method for effective communications: Observe, Analyze, and Tailor. In 1 day you will transform your ability to communicate and persuade others.
Day 2: We will practice the three most frequently used communication skills of all managers. [Don’t you even know what they ARE?]
Both Days: Our signature Open Q&A. We stay mic-ed at all meals to answer any and all management questions. On the final day of the conference, it’s not unusual to have 75% of attendees still in their seats 2 hours after we end the formal presentations!
After the Conference! Every attendee will be able to submit a presentation video to be reviewed by Manager Tools, providing detailed insights into what’s effective and how to change what’s not working.
