Long term physical and mental illnesses are common. In the times when one is most ill, taking time off to get well is the answer. That potentially leaves long stretches where one is not incapacitated, but not at full strength either. In this guidance, we’ll talk about how to work productively in that state. This guidance will also be helpful if you’re just having a period of not feeling your best, or where there’s something distracting going on that’s not health related or even to help a colleague or direct who is in one of those states.
