This is the prequil/follow-on book to "Anatomy of Peace." Both are brilliant. This one teaches you more of the "How to" of how to stay and help others get out of the box. It is written in the same style as the first book and if you have a few minutes check out the author's lives. Amazing all around. A definate read for any student of leadership and well worth the investment.
