Hi,
I'm unsure of how much detail should go into answering the job description questions suggested during the Performance Review 'casts. I'd love some practical examples of a completed job description, perhaps of an insurance claims adjuster?

The purpose of our questions was not to create a full blown job description. 2-5 sentence answers for each question are probably sufficent. The questions were just designed to clarify your thinking about the role so you would have a framework for evaluating someone's performance in that role.
