For anyone who gets frustrated with how corporations can sometimes stifle creativity this is a brilliant book. Not only is it humourous but it is so accurate ! It also serves as a reminder to you, are you part of the problem. Read it and enjoy...for someone with a HR background it was an eye opener especially in relation to training sessions. I defy anyone to read it without smiling.....now there's a challenge !
