Hey Mike and Mark, I'm a WordPress user myself and I think it may be a good idea to simplify your sidebar. Certain items, such as Recent Comments, are hard to read on the sidebar are usually ignored by the readers. Others, such as Recent Trackbacks, are not as relevant to content. You can also reduce the amount of feeds offered, just leave the simple RSS 2.0. The idea is to categorize things and have them easy to find by the end user. Talking about categorizing, it would be great to start doing that with Tools and Books. Maybe say books for strategic improvement and books for interpersonal skills? Just a few ideas for you guys. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, Ray. We're in the process of a complete web redesign ... we'll keep your thoughts in mind! To be honest, it's probably a long time coming before we're done with the redesign. The podcast itself takes up about every minute of free time we have, so unfortunately the website redesign has to take a back seat. We'll get there eventually though! :-)

Thanks again for the feedback.

regards,
Mike

One additional comment ... one of the objectives of the redesign is absolutely to make information easier to find. Conceptually, I like the concept of technorati-like tags for all the content (podcasts, books, etc.) and then the ability to search/browse by tag. For example, it should be easy to find all podcasts/content related to "feedback".

This wasn't much of an issue when we only had half a dozen podcasts; now that we have 40+, it's a challenge. ;-) As Mark and I often say to each other, these are the good kind of challenges!

regards,
Mike
