When answering the DISC assessment, should someone think only of their work environment, or home environment, or both?
I want to make sure DISC identifies people as they are really are.
I think Mark mentioned you should just think about how you behave when you're not thinking about your behavior.

Hi Jon,
I'm qualified in administering psychological tests and we are taught to tell candidates to think of work situations. The reasoning being that we are all different at home, and if you want to understand the way you work, you have to think about when you are at work.
