Hi Mike and Mark,

Thank you so much for the great podcasts. Ever since I discovered this podcast series, I've been learning a great deal.

Could you consider running a podcast on how to effectively manage a new team, particularly when the manager is new to the organization with the direct reports having been there for at least a couple of years?

I thought there ought to be an effective step by step approach to understand the styles and needs of each team member, realign the team structure if necessary, and implement the changes, and sensitive issues we need to consider during the whole process.

Thank you.

It's in the queue... but if you'll just do one on ones and practice feedback and coaching and delegation, you'll be so far ahead of everyone, there isn't a particular need for a special cast on this!

NOT KIDDING. Management is about boring, repetitive, unsexy stuff, and these are those. ;-)
