Anyone here involved in the management of architectural projects?
I'd be interested in knowing what methods you use, software (including revision management, if applicable), discipline, etc.
At my place of work, we don't use any particular method for project management. We use AutoCAD (currently 2004, supposed to be updated to 2006 shortly), and Synergis Adept for revision management. Other than that, its entirely up to each PM/Designer/Whatever to choose how they will do things. I find this to be entirely too loose a process.
So, if anyone has any input, I'd love to know what you do and how you do it! :)
