Mark/Mike --
1) Do you have a timeline for when the new subscription model will be out? I'm very interested in the extra deliverables you will be providing with each podcast.
2) What's the plan for previous podcasts? I think there are 10-20 old podcasts that could be even more valuable with the extra deliverables.
I'm sorry if this was answered in a previous post and I did not see it.
Thanks,
connick

Connick-
The timeline is still "soon". We have been overwhelmed with requests for work, and are doing poorly balancing the requests.
Ultimately, all casts will have premium content available, and some of them will be immediately available.
We're hesitant to say anthing more, as we've stumbled here before.
We're working on it.

Thanks!

Thanks!
And did you settle on a price point? I want to make sure I have enough training dollars in my budget for next year! :-)

15 dollars a month if you make less than 100K US, and 20 bucks a month if you make more than that.
Sound do-able?

Mark,
I think what Len is saying is that he feels the price should be the same for everyone, not graduated (like the tax code ;-)).

Ahh. In the interest of reinforcing the importance of clarity and specificity, shall we raise everyone's rate to 20 dollars to satisfy Len?

Perhaps Len himself could be charged more in order to show his support for a capitalist system!

Just like in church, the next question is "is that net or gross?"
(a great product at either price, of course).

Being a true capitalist, I will hold out for everyone to pay the same price!
$20 it is!

Let the record show that Mike and I were not in the line of fire when Len raised everyone else's rates.

Still sounds like communism to me. Everyone pays the same, no choice.
If we're talking tongue in cheek capitalism here, Mark and Mike should make a limited number of subscriptions available on ebay and let the market decide what they're worth. Somehow, I think the ruthless efficiency of the market would raise the price above $20. The accountant in me wants to take the $15 Wal-Mart price and run. The investor in me is willing to pay the $20 regardless of my income, because I know my ROI is way more than $20! I love the choices of capitalism.
I've always had a one page resume' but you've helped me refine it and the the advice about asking for the job at the end of the interview (from the Kellog video) is scary good. It's like a superpower. Thanks again for all you do, including making us laugh.
Keep up the good work guys! You get my votes on every service I can find.
