Hello there,

Great show!!!. Thanks for sharing with us.

My wife and I are parents of two girls and a son, I enjoy Music, Movies and traveling, and specially learning from other cultures. Not so good in sports. Right now love to use the capabilities of high tech devices for new media to expand my horizons.

I earn my degree as Electronic Engineer, and spend last 25 years in telecommunications. Last 10 years I have been involved in helping small organizations to improve productivity and align operations with company strategy and objectives.

I worked for companies like Telettra, AT&T, Motorola, Verizon; in locations like Milan, Caracas, Fort Lauderdale.

Currently I am in Madrid...and this is the first time I will use the concept and "how to" you share with us, to "fix" a difficult situation affecting a customer's organization....wish me luck.
