Hi,

I thought this article posted on Monster.com's website was noteworthy. Especially given the popularity of Monster and their services.

This advice is definitely not in line with M-T guidelines.

Thoughts?

To be honest, this is not the slightest bit surprising. #1) Monster is more likely to be kicking resumes into automated processes, where length is less of an issue and keywords are more important #2) Monster would intimidate and overwhelm everyone if they suggested a resume got written in MT fashion. It is hard work, much more work than the general public is ready for or thinking of when they think of a resume.

There's a LOT of advice out there not in line with ours. Diversity is good.

Right is better.
