Have you given any thought to creating a managers tools certification? Perhaps Green belt, black belt, Drucker belt?
I know I would be impressed if I received a resume that included "Manager Tools - Drucker belt" under the education section.
Thoughts?

I'm sorry this has taken me so long. I regret my absence.
We have, but only in a cursory way. Certifications in the managment field are generally looked askance at. We believe some such from us NOW may be lumped with everything else. 5 years from now, we may have the market pull to do so without the negatives.
Plus, that's marketing... we prefer operations, if you will. ;-) (Drucker never would have allowed it..)
Stay on us about this, though. I think there are parts of it that are brilliant.
