new to the podcast and love it!

I'm an associate director for a biotech company and I have a two hour commute each way to work from Oakland to Mountain View California by train and recently received an iPOD as a wedding gift to enhance my commute. I've been reading and working during my commutes and didn't want to simply sit and listen to music for hours so I checked out what podcasts I could find to learn more on business/finance/investments, etc. I downloaded a year's worth of Manager tools and it amazed me at the quality and extremely helpful advice you guys provide...for free!! I greatly appreciate all your efforts and advice. Thanks a lot and I will certainly strongly recommend you to other managers.
