Hello everyone,

I am in the process of applying for a new job while I am finishing a Masters degree in business school. I am a biologist with lab experience and decided to make a career change to management. Although I have hundreds of questions regarding what the best path would be for me to enter the corporate world my main issue has to do with a recent unfortunate discovery.

I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (not wanting to get into detail but there's no cure just medicine to keep the condition under control). The question is where should I fit this in my application process. Wait till I get an interview? What is worrying is that people with this condition "often don't reach their full potential" so I have doubts that there's anyone that would be happy to know this for a potential emploee.
Could the fact that so far I achieved very good grades despite my difficulties work in my advantage? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I don't know if it makes a difference but I am based in the UK.

Thank you
