Could someone elaborate on this? Is this somewhere you place topics not pertinent to the meeting to the side for future use? It's the place for all the 'rabbit holes' to go that come up in the course of a meeting. At the end of the meeting, you can decide to deal with those items, table them for later, or put them into another format to deal with.
