Okay - I know I haven't posted for a bit (went on vacation, came back and the global economy took a turn for the worst, I'm in banking!) but I thought I'd kick off by asking.......
interviewing tool for managers - is it still on the cards?

Unfortunately, I can't (or, more accurately, won't) quote a date. Our track record hasn't been too great there. ;-)
However, it's not dead ... I received the most recent iteration from the development team last week. There are some obvious issues that need resolved, but they're making progress. So ... we're getting there.
Sorry for the delays ... needless to say, I'm frustrated as well and will be taking a entirely different development path on the next project (to include NOT pre-announcing ;-)
I went through it in detail and have used it as a guide to develop interview questions. You need to tailor it to the role, job descrition, behaviours you define as important.
It has helped me tremendously since I found it. Kudos to Wendii and the MT team.
