What I mostly would like to point out is the similarity of the PAEI model suggested there and the DISC model.
Where
D is similar to Producer, Lone Ranger
I is similar to Entrepreneur, Arsonist
S is similar to Administrator, Bureaucrat
C is similar to Integrator

This reminds me of an old joke told by a consultant:
