A direct report asked to have a copy of my notes from the O3. She is a bit cautious and I gave her a copy. Is there any problems with this?

Copy of O3 notes to direct report?
I'd be curious about why the direct is not taking their own notes.
I don't think I'd have a problem with them seeing my notes, but taking a copy feels incorrect at some gut level to me.
