My humble thanks to the MT community & Mike/Mark

After many years working in higher education IT, I made a conscious decision to leave education for the private sector. In mid-February, I did what I once considered unthinkable; I resigned from my position without another job in line after a deep, gut-wrenching conflict over values in my organization. I am happy to report I have moved onward and upward and look forward to starting the next phase of my career with a great team in the private sector in June.

I have been an MT fan for years, ever since a colleague turned me on to the podcast series. I myself have referred countless others and expect some of my former reports are likely reading these words now... 
These past few months, I relied heavily on the conversations in the forums, the podcasts (and interviewing series!), and the kind words of strangers in the MT community who reached out to me in my time of need. My thanks just don't seem enough for the support I have received here but this is what I can offer. Thank you.
