I just confirmed that we have the room at the library reserved. This month we'll be reviewing the first ever Denver Effective Manager Conference. I look forward to everyone being able to make it out.

We had a great time at the Denver Effective Manager Conference. I've got some good notes and hopefully some new members. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at our next meeting.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Manager Tools Meetup tonight. We had a good time talking about the first ever Denver Effective Manager Conference.

For those who haven't attended, we quickly went through the conference agenda and talked about the podcast episodes that covered these topics.

Then those who have attended an Effective Manager Conference talked about their experiences. A big plus to the conference was the practice for Feedback and Coaching. We also shared our preparations and how well we did at meeting our goals: Company, People, and Process.

As for post conference actions everyone was encouraged to send Thank Yous to the MT team who worked so hard to make it a success. We'll continue to meet monthly to help everyone put into practice the Manager Tools recommendations.

I think everyone at the meetup was excited for the first Denver Effective Communications Conference.
