The Effective Executive: The Definitive Guide to Getting the Right Things Done
I loved and still love this Drucker book.
I gave a copy of this book to my boss recently since I was always quoting Drucker in my weekly staff meeting agenda to start the meeting. I love to include a pertinent quote or picture to get the meeting started and Drucker seems always so relevant. My boss was enjoying them so much he was asking how we could bring him "back to life" and hire him. "Getting the Right Things Done" is like sugar to a High C so you can imagine my engineer boss' reaction to these quotes.
