Hello from Dublin, Ireland

I have only recently discovered MT but what a resource! I've already shared it with several colleagues and their feedback is so positive. I work in a large financial organisation, going through a lot of change at present (selling part of the business, so a lot of those I communicate daily with will end up in separate companies, still working together). The information and support provided here will hopefully help with the pain of this transformation - in an uncertain financial climate, everyone is nervous of course. I manage a team of 10 directs, highly qualified, mostly young and ambitious, so it's an interesting time for all concerned. I've been 11 years with this organisation and it's time for me personally to decide to go with the part of the business being sold, or remain with the core of the organisation.
