Hello M-T community,

I looking for advice or hints when having a group interview and one (of 2) interviewers will be via video conference. The VP will be in the room with me, the CFO will be linking in.

Common sense tells me to consider all the fundamentals that go with any interview, paying particular attention to clarity, volume & speed of discussion as well as allowing a slightly longer pause before responding to the person linking in. The basics regarding posture etc would be a given too.

I have also thought about the time difference, they will be on London time hence it will be extremely early for them, I am in Australia & it will be the end of my day.

If anyone has had experience with this & has advice regarding additional considerations it would be most welcome.
