New to the system and have started rolling out O3's. For my first question, I usually ask how the direct is doing. The replies range from "Ok" to "good" to "great" etc. I know we are supposed to write these responses down and keep them from each O3.. My question is, what can you glean from these responses? Should I go back through my notes for each direct and look for trends? I know this first response is really stressed by the program, so I want to make sure I get the full benefit from them. What to glean...
Listen for changes. Really, listen. When you get to know your directs small changes may be indicative of something wrong with a project or other matters.
