I listened to the 'cast when it first came out. I wrote the steps down in my Moleskine, then later when I started using Evernote, I moved them there as I'm now several Moleskines past the original one. Once you get in the groove, you won't need it, but when you're still learning, having the steps easily accessible reduces procrastination.
