Shanghai Conference

 Hi,

I was wondering why the Shanghai conference is so much more in terms of cost. I can imagine it's the cost of coming and going from a place as far as China, but it makes it especially hard to attend as salaries tend to be lower in China.

I'm new to management and the podcasts have been extremely helpful. I'd like to attend a conference to learn more and support the company, but it's hard to get the spare money to attend at such a steep attendance fee.
