Hi!  I'm a new manager and new to Manager Tools and reaching out for ideas on how to get feedback about my directs.

I've tasked my directs to work with other people in the organization that do not directly report to me.  How do I get feedback from them regarding my directs performance?  I can easily approach the non-directs and ask them about how my direct is working with them but I was thinking of putting a structure to this in a manner where the feedback can be measurable (in some way).

The next step would be understanding how to provide these feedback to my directs in a manner where it will lead to a change of behavior.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!
