Do you advise to follow the resume format proposed by Manager tools also when applying in Germany for a new job? My current company is closing the whole location and we were informed about job application process. The coach told us to have on single site only with our name and picture, 2nd and following pages the complete resume (including pimary school!). Yes, not only one page. Then on a so called "third page" we should describe our personal-, methods- and technical- competence areas.

I am no sure which rule to follow. Do you have any adivise who this is been handled within Germany?

Hi!

This is the classical layout for a german CV. But I still won't do it. Just follow the MT format unless your company is a very conservative bank or something.
