Compare to others. does the company do something you believe in strongly? is the company growing? does the company provide you with opportunities to grow? passively? Actively? Salary Benefits Convenience (commute etc.) Flex time? Part time? WFH? Uniforms? Safety? Location? Desk environment? Friends who work there?
