I have a new VP to our company that just started and is scheduling initial one-on-ones with everyone. What recommendations from the board for what I should prepare?
My initial thoughts were a brief summary of my background with the company, a summary of key accomplishments in the last 2 years, and then some general questions about his vision for the organization.
I appreciate any additional suggestions!
Thanks,
Joe

If you have ideas on how to improve the company (e.g. some initiative you are thinking about requesting budget for), it might be a good time to bring it up.
I would also think about your job description / role and how you could do it better, and if there's some resource etc. that comes to mind, you might mention it.
I would also take your cues from him (does he want to talk, or to listen?) since you are getting to know his style.
