Login troubles

Similar thing happened to me. So I closed my browser, went back to the login page, logged in, then to the home page for M-T. I clicked on whatever the first premium content was on that page (some pdf for the mentoring podcast), was prompted, my password worked, and then I went looking for the real premium content I wanted, and that worked.

No idea why I chose that path or why it worked. Good luck.

I use a 20 character password with alpha, numeric, and non-alphanumeric so it's probably not the password unless it's having a hard time with certain non-alphanumerics,

Sorry for the troubles!

I checked your account and don't see anything wrong (although I did see the "password mismatch" error in the logs). Keep in mind that the userid and password ARE case sensitive when accessing premium content. This is not true when logging into the main site, but is true with the premium content and password protected RSS feeds. I apologize in that it is confusing.

Could this be the issue?

I've clicked to receive a new password.  the link received takes me to a loged in page for me.  but to change my password in needs my current password.  please help...
