I recommend you read both.
You will gain a greater understanding of yourself when you read both.
As a 5137
I would advise you to read both. You may react in C mode in certain situations or with certain people more than your dominant D mode would have you think. I read both.
7145 Weighing In
My personal recommendation is that you eventually read all of them. You can glean a lot from information for 'S's and 'I's. The more you understand about others, the better you can 'work with'/'work for'/'manage' them.
