Hi all,
after over 10 years, I've to write my resume and I'm unsure how to distinguish between:

  • things I accomplished, as an individual
  • things I accomplished, as part of a team
  • things I accomplished, with a team, while being a project manager ("just" managing)
  • things I accomplished, as an individual, while having a team and being the project manager (contributing)

Any help appreciated.

I've been listening to manager tools and career tools. I'm struggling with one area regarding my resume. I never logged or captured my accomplishments ever. I can do it for my last two roles but what do I do for the previous roles? What is a best practice?
