Hi All- I'm trying to limit myself to email 3 times/ day and I'm struggling to get Outlook (O365) to not bring in new mail while also allowing me see other people's calendars so I can book meetings and deliver mail that I send. I also manage my tasks in Outlook. Any suggestions?

If you need to have outlook open, consider opening the calendar in its own window,

Also try using Microsoft To-do. It's more feature rich than Outlook tasks and it syncs with your o365 tasks.

One you do those, and turn off notifications for new mail (or switch them off system wide through DND on Mac and Focus on Win10, in case you also use slack or teams) it'll be easier to maintain your focus and dig into emails three times a day.
