Good morning,

Thank you for having this platform. 

I see managers continuing being bombarder to become a servant leader. A manager has to be there for the staff first and support them, guide them and remove their obstacles.

However, who does that for the manager? Not enough is being done to support managers how to assist their employees. Remember mostly managers are different generations from their employees.

Hense my question, are managers also seen as employees? I got very little from searching for this on the web and would love to see some dialogue about this.

I would say, their managers no? The concept continues throughout the organisation until you reach the Chief Executive role. If you are asking who does that for the senior staff role, then usually that would be the role of the Board.
