In a development program today, I made reference to Mark's story on an employee not reporting a successful outcome and being surprised when his manager blew up at him for not reporting it. I'd like to give credit where it's due and send the team a link to that specific cast. Anyone remember which one it is?

It's been awhile since I last heard some of the earlier podcasts, so my memory isn't helping here as much as I'd like.

Peripheral Report
Gave the cast a listen at normal speed and, unfortunately it's not the one. I'm starting to think maybe the cast in question peripherally references reporting without being directly about it.
