Can I use the MTDISC for hiring purposes?

You can, but we don’t recommend it. The instrument is not a test. We don’t recommend you use it as a screen to cull applicants or candidates. We do recommend that once you have hired, to use MTDISC to learn more about the person's tendencies so that you can develop a good relationship with them.
