Hello,
I'm the direct of a person who is working half time for me, and half time with another direct (who is one of my peers, but also one of my directs).
We are asking ourselves how to be efficient in
- doing one on ones with her
- assigning tasks to that person
- evaluating her at the end of the year
as each of us only see 50% of her work and behaviour
