Hi everyone
Just want to introduce myself to the community. My name is Sarah Haigbrown and I am currently working for a property software company. The company has been going for 10 years and recently undergone a massive change to its business model so it's effectively a startup. Unlike a traditional startup however the company is very lucky to already have a customer base to sell the new products. It’s a small company of five people in the core team, with at least five contractors working ad hoc around the world.
I’ve discovered the Manager Tools podcast as I wanted to learn more about being a manager. This was back in October 2012. For two months solid I listened to virtually every single podcast in the Manager Tools published since 2008, and I am absolutely AMAZED by the wealth of knowledge that Mark and Michael has to offer. In the first week of January I compiled all the action steps I needed to take from listening to the podcasts, and I am now in the process of actioning them. So from time to time I will be asking for some advice in the forum when I face any road blocks.
