I've gone through the MT Goals podcasts and learned the DBQ (D. B. Cooper) Goals from the Effective Manager Conference.
Are there recommendations for writing Annual Performance Objectives with directs?
At one point I thought there was a caveat placed on MT Goals that these were not the same as Annual Performance Objectives. In my company we have to submit our annual objectives to the HR tool in March and then our annual assessments are written in October against these objectives.
How does Manager Tools differentiate these goals? Are there specific recommendations to capturing these goals? Any recommendations to collaborating on these with directs while maintaining alignment with the "flow down" goals from the organization?
