Have any of you had experience using PeopleBest testing in your organization? Did it produce accurate and actionable results?

My organization is positioning for growth. We have engaged an outside adviser to assist with improving our business development process and sales team. We know we need assistance in this area. The adviser has recommended we use the PeopleBest DNA testing to evaluate each of three our sales people. He would then review results with each team member and provide a plan for improvement.
I do not work in business development in my organization. My department (Contract Management) provides deliverables for our sales team and I have input into this improvement process. I use DISC for new hires in the Contract Management department and our Business Development department does not.
