Hello everyone. I am a graduate student at Cambridge College and I'm looking for your opinion. As part of my program, I am writing a thesis and would like your participation in a quick survey focused on my topic. As a long time listener of manager tools, I would especially value your input .
My thesis is on the analytical alignment of organizations and its effect on the profit center. If you have time, please take a quick survey at the linked URL. It is only 20 questions and should take less than 5 minutes. Your answers will be confidential and only used in my unpublished thesis.

I completed the survey at 1:41 today.
Two things to note:
1. Although in your intro page you say that people can contact you to be removed from the survey, you are not collecting any identifying info at the time they take the survey - wondering how you will know which responses to exempt, if you can't trace that back easily. (Not requesting to be exempted, just making note of the inconsistency in case you want to address it.)
2. Also, in your intro you mentioned leaving an answer blank if the respondent doesn't have an answer or prefers not to answer a particular question, but the survey is actually coded to require answers to every question. So, for question 11, I answered "don't know", even though my real answer would be that it depends on which department I'm requesting, and the nature of the request. I would have skipped question 20 entirely, but SurveyMonkey forced an answer there as well. I made my best guess, but it's not based on any facts, so if you are able to exempt that question from my survey, I'd recommend doing that.
