Hi! I know Mark and Michael have covered different angles of Authority in various podcasts. I'm looking for input and reminders on a specific angle.
I remember the idea from MT that, "...as a manager you are the company to/for your directs..." That points to how a manager receives and uses authority.
Could anyone comment or point to the best practical ways for a person (mgr or i/c) to take/receive the authority they've been given and use it so they are most effective?
