Hi. I have been a direct of my boss for 6 years. They have moved sideways into another position, and I am now applying for the promotion. My (former) boss will be on the interview panel. I respect my previous boss's leadership and direction but also have ideas of my own, that might be different to the way they have traditionally viewed and done things. any advice out there about traps to avoid and best approach to this situation! thanks in advance.
