I listened to the podcast before a crucial meeting which I lead, so I changed the order at the beginning of the meeting.  This is he most important meeting I lead, and it made a huge difference.  We spent the largest block of time, with the best of people's energy and thoughts on the most important issue.  When I struggled to guide the meeting, people were more patient.  We moved the work ahead and made clear assignments to keep it moving.  At the evaluation of the meeting (at the end) people had positive things to say about our productivity.  Only complaint was that some prefered to follow the printed agenda, so I'll set the agenda with the most important things first in the future.
